ANGELES WATER DISTRICT PROFILE

Now under the stewardship of General Manager Mr. Edgar C. Lopez, the Angeles City Water District was created in September 1987 by virtue of a Sangguniang Panlungsod Resolution No. 66 dated September 1, 1987 during the administration of the late former Mayor Francisco G. Nepomuceno.

It comprises the policy making body, composed of the members of the Board of Directors, represented by the Professional, Civic, Business, Educational, and Women sectors. The directors are appointed by the Mayor of Angeles City upon nomination by the sector they represent. The implementing arm is the General Manager appointed by the Board.

The present Board includes Chairman Nelson C. Koo, Vice-Chairman Mr. Joseph Voltaire M. Zalamea, Directors Ms. Maria Angela P. Panganiban, Ms. Angelie Crizelle O. Lapid and Mr. Maximo L. Sangil.
